Building the Kingdom

With that understanding, she decided to open herself up for prayer. What happened next was a powerful work of God. As we prayed, a spirit began to speak through her, and her body reacted violently. She fell to her knees, her body tensed up, and eventually, she vomited.

When this spiritual battle was over, she stood up—free and relieved. She remembered nothing of what had happened but felt a deep peace and calmness that had replaced her fear. Later that day, I received a message from her saying: "I often had dreams where I saw evil spirits, and I also saw them in real life. Today, I feel free and unafraid. I feel joy and more love."

This moment reminds us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces. Yet, we can know that Jesus has overcome and that His name can break every chain, in this case, a years-long fear.

Expansion of the Mission House
At the moment we are working on expanding the mission house. Two expansions are planned. The first is smaller and began in December. This extension is now almost "closed", but more help is still needed. All the materials are ready! Would you like to help? Please feel free to contact us.

Our plan is to start and complete the second extension this summer. The finances are almost entirely covered, which is an enormous blessing! This means we can already begin planning the construction. For support, see the links at the bottom of the email.

We need practical help. If you are a carpenter or electrician, we would greatly appreciate your assistance. It would be wonderful if you have the time and skills to come and lend a hand. Feel free to contact us if you are interested in making a difference in this project. It will allow us to almost double the seating capacity to around 90 chairs.

Prayer for a New Home
We also want to share a personal need with you. Last summer we had to move to another house in Tasiilaq. This house serves us well, however it is small and limited, especially when it comes to hosting guests. We believe it is time to build a home that is sustainable and gives us space to serve both our family and others.

For this project, we need financial resources. We trust that God will provide and are stepping out in faith and expectation. We would like to ask if people are willing to support us in this, for example, by providing an interest-free loan. This will help us take a step closer to having a home that can serve us for the long term.

We greatly appreciate your prayers, support, and involvement. Together, we can continue building, not only physical walls but also His Kingdom.

Grateful and expectant,
Peter and Thinka
